Modern Classrooms & Bursaries
Constructed 23 classrooms in 5 primary schools (Kigarama, Ruyonza, Bitereko). Sponsored 187 vulnerable students through secondary school with full tuition and scholastic materials. Renovated Kigarama Senior Secondary School laboratory.
Impact: Enrollment increased by 34% in target schools.
14 Boreholes + 3 Gravity Flow Schemes
Partnered with WaterAid Uganda to drill boreholes in Bitereko, Nyakatunguru, and Kyeibare villages. Rehabilitated 3 existing gravity flow schemes serving over 12,000 residents. Reduced waterborne diseases by 42% in beneficiary parishes.
Operation Wealth Creation Extension
Distributed 8,500 improved coffee seedlings and 1,200 piglets to 600 households. Organized training in modern beekeeping, establishing 150 hives. Facilitated 45 youth for 6-month agricultural diplomas at Bukalasa Agricultural College.
52 SACCOs & Village Savings Groups
Seed capital of UGX 80 million distributed to women’s groups across 6 parishes. Over 2,400 women now access low-interest loans. Tayebwa personally chairs quarterly accountability forums for these groups.
Ruhinda Health Centre III Upgrade
Advocated for and secured UGX 220 million to renovate the maternity ward, equip laboratory, and install solar power. Maternal deaths reduced by 55% since 2021. Regular medical camps serve 3,000+ residents annually.
Tayebwa Innovation Center (launched 2025)
A first-of-its-kind ICT hub in Mitooma town: free basic computer training, internet access for students, and online freelancing courses. 320 youth have completed certification in digital marketing & data entry.
